摘要
目的对比分析中美两国的食品标签管理体系。方法概述中美两国食品标签管理情况,采用对照法分析两国食品标签管理体系的差异。结果中美两国对食品标签管理都十分重视,但是在管理机制、管理规定和管理理念方面存在差异。结论可以从美国食品标签管理体系建设情况中得到启示,不断完善我国的食品标签管理体系建设。
Objective To compare and analyze the food labeling administration systems of China with that of USA. Method Review the food labeling administration systems of China and USA, and analyze their differences by taking a contrast method. Results Both China and USA paid a great deal of attention to food labeling administration, but some differences in management mechanism, administration rules and ideas between these two countries were existed. Conclusion Inspirations might be available from the construction of US food labeling administration system, which might continuously improve the system of China.
