摘要
目的通过对胸部结节病的回顾性分析,认识典型胸部结节病的CT表现。方法复习12例符合诊断标准的胸部结节病的CT影像学表现。结果12例中,10例表现为两侧肺门淋巴结增大和(或)纵隔淋巴结增大,2例仅有纵隔淋巴结增大,占16.7%,低于统计资料。结论胸部结节病影像不典型时诊断困难,需结合临床资料或治疗中动态观察。
Objective To study the CT appearances in the typical thoracicsarcoidosis.Methods Chest CT findings of 12 patients with proven sarcoidosis were reviewed retrospectively.Results 10 case presented mediastinal lymph node enlargement.associated with bilateral hilar lymph node enlargement.2 case had mediastinal lymph node enlargement without hilar lymph node enlargement. Conclusion In case of the radiological findings of sarcoidosis are atypical, the dignosis should depend on clinic data and the treatment.
