摘要
中石化九江分公司采用纤维膜技术应用于焦化液化气脱硫醇精制。工业应用表明:在原料总硫含量不小于1 000mg/m^3、硫醇硫含量不小于500 mg/m^3时,采用质量分数15%以上的碱液,精制后产品总硫含量可控制在200 mg/m^3以下,硫醇硫含量可控制在20 mg/m^3以下,脱硫率可达90%以上,脱硫醇率可达95%以上;每吨产品的碱耗从以前的5 kg下降至2.5 kg(以30%碱液计),单元操作成本节约近70万元/年。
Using the Fibre-film contactor technology coker liquefied petroleum gas was demercaptaned in Sinopec Jiujiang Branch. A long running showed:the content of total sulfurs in the streams could be reduced to a content of no more than 200mg/m3 from a content of no less than 1 000 mg/m3 and the content of total mercaptan sulfurs in the streams could be reduced to a content of no more than 20 mg/m3 from a content of no less than 500 mg/m3,so could obtain a sulfur removing rate of more than 90 % and a mercaptan removing rate of more than 95 % by the weight by extraction of liquid caustic (over 15 %),and the caustic consumption could be reduced to 2.5 kg from 5 kg by the weight of 30 % liquid caustic per ton of products,the unit operation cost was decreased by 700 thousands yuan per year.
