摘要
研究了灯盏花素在丙醇-硫酸铵双水相体系中的分配行为,重点对双水相的形成、硫酸铵用量和初始pH值对分配比的影响进行了研究.在盐水相、丙醇初始体积分别为10.0 mL和4.0mL,硫酸铵用量为3.5 g,初始pH为4.08条件下,灯盏花素的最大分配比达107.5,相应的萃取率达97.7%.在实验基础上建立了相应的"二元弱酸"分配模型.
Partition characteristics of breviscapinum in the propyl - alcohol ammonium sulfate aqueous two - phase system were studied. The formation of aqueous two -phase was investigated and the effects of the amount of (NH4)2SO4 and initial pH of the solution on the partition ratio were measured. The experiment showed that opti- mum partition initial conditions were 10.0 mL, salt - water volume and 4.0 mL propyl - alcohol volume, 3.5g (NH4) 2S04 and pH 4.08, with the maximum partition ratio as 107.5 and the maximum extraction rate as 97.7%. A "weak diaeid partition model" was developed based on the experiment.
