摘要
鉴于定向钻穿越施工在石油管道工程中的应用日益广泛,对其施工工艺进行风险评价对项目的安全实施有重要意义,结合中石油印度管道施工项目,利用模糊综合评价法对项目中的定向钻穿越工程进行风险评价,评价结论可为项目的安全与环保提供科学依据。
As the directional drilling crossing construction has got widespread application in petroleum conduit projects, the risk evaluation of these projects is significant to the safe implementation of projects. Combining with India conduit construction project of China National Petroleum Corporation, comprehensive fuzzy evaluation is used to evaluate the risk in directional drilling crossing projects. The evaluation conclusion can provide scientific criteria for the safety and environment protection of these projects.
