摘要
介绍了国内外聚丙烯腈基碳纤维(PAN-CF)的发展历程与现状,总结了我国CF的发展过程及经验,详细综述了CF产业在聚合、纺丝、拉伸、预氧化、碳化等方面的技术进展,认为关键技术和设备突破是发展高性能CF的基础与保证;同时分析了全球CF的生产、应用与供需情况,指出除航空航天领域外,新能源和汽车将成为CF应用的新兴市场;最后提出了"掌握核心技术与提升自主创新,避免重复建设,培养人才队伍,降低生产成本与扩大应用领域"发展我国CF产业的建议。
The paper reviewed the development process and current status of PAN-based carbon fiber (C.F) both at home and abroad, also summed up the developing path of China's carbon fiber. Some technical advances were discussed in detail, including polymerization, spinning, drafting, stabilization and carbonization. Simultaneously it analyzed the global CF production, application, the supply and demand situation, pointed out that the new en- ergy and automobile will become an emerging market. It was believed that, breakthroughs in key technology and equipment are essential to high-performance CF. In the end, some suggestions in aspect and so on 'mastering core technologies and enhancing independent innovation, avoiding redundant construction and cultivation of talents, to reduce the production costs and expand the application field, for domestic PAN-CF were proposed.
