摘要
阐述了强化木地板出口美国、加拿大所面对的337调查、反倾销和反补贴的情况,对强化木地板出口美国、加拿大遭遇贸易壁垒的原因进行分析,并提出解决对策。
This paper expatiated the facing situations of No. 337 Item of Tariff Act of 1930, anti-dumping and anti-subsidy for exporting the laminate floor covering to U. S.A. and Canada, analysed the reasons of meeting the trade barriers for exporting the laminate floor covering to U. S.A. and Canada, and raised the solving countermeasures.
