Component technology-based design of progressive die under UG environment

摘要 以UG NX为平台,基于组件技术就级进模冲压工艺和模具结构设计中的关键问题进行研究,采用基于组件的级进模设计思想及框架,给出UG环境下级进模结构的装配模型,并用实例说明设计过程,提高了级进模的设计效率。 Some key problems in the punching process and structure design of progressive dies were studied based on UG NX and component technology. An assembly model of progressive die structure under UG environment was obtained according to component-based design idea and frame system for progressive dies. A practical example was used to illustrate the design procedure which can increase the development efficiency.
