摘要
对粉末注射成形喂料的性能参数如比重、粉末装载量、粘结剂和喂料的粘度等的计算作了分析,并用计算机程序作了模拟计算,计算结果与实验测试结果吻合较好,为优化粘结剂配方及充模过程的计算机模拟打好基础。
This paper foused on the calculation properties such as densities, powder
loading and viscosity of the PIM feed-stock. A computer program has been developed to calculate above properties. The calculation results is agreeable to the experiment's ones. This work is the first step to optimum the binder constitution and the flow simulation of powder injection molding filling.
