摘要
讨论了一种带不等式约束的Ｂｏｔｌｅｎｅｃｋ问题，给出了其最优解的一个充分必要条件及求问题最优解的一个Ｐｒｉｍａｌ算法，并给出了一个数值例子。
A bottleneck with an inequality is discussed. A necessary and sufficient condition for the optimal solution to the problem is given. Aprimal algorithm based on the necessary and sufficient condition is presented. And a numerical example is found.
