摘要
本文根据平推式硫化罐特点,采用继电控制设计的基本原则、基本方法,通过选用时间继电器、小型通用继电器和电接点压力表组成的联锁保护装置,对硫化罐继电控制电路进行设计及技术改进采控制硫化时间,从而达到工艺要求.
In order to meet the process requirements, based on the features of translational gate lid autoclaves and basic principles and methods of relay control design, the relay control circuit of autoclaves was designed and improved to control the vulcanization time by choosing the interlock protection device consisting of time relay, small general purpose relays and electric contact pressure gauge.
