摘要
目的:了解宫内节育器(IUD)在避孕节育过程中副作用发生情况,为预防和降低其副作用发生及临床安全应用提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对1个镇7个村(居)的3 000例已婚育龄妇女中的1 515例使用IUD避孕的妇女进行IUD类型及副反应发生情况调查,并进行统计学分析。结果:IUD副作用发生率为42.57%,不同IUD之间的副作用发生率不同。结论:IUD副作用发生率较高,应采取有效措施进行副作用的防治,提高其使用安全性。
Objective： To investigate the incidence of side effects of intrauterine devices（IUDs） among women of reproductive age in order to provide the basis for preventing the IUD side effects/adverse events and its clinical use in safety.Methods： A stratified random sampling method was used to recruit 1 515 married women of reproductive age who used IUDs in 7 villages of one town.A questionnaire survey on IUDs was conducted,and a statistical analysis was done.Results： The incidence of the side effects was 42.57%.It was diversity in the incidence of side effects among the different IUDs.Conclusion： The incidence of IUD side effects was very high.Therefore,it is important to take some measures for preventing of the IUD side effects and improving the safety of contraception.
