摘要
脑白质损伤(White Matter Lesion,WML)大多是慢性缺血作用的结果,而脑白质损伤可破坏神经元之间、皮质和皮质下中枢之间的信号传递,导致认知功能障碍和步态异常,最终导致持久性或进展性认知和神经功能障碍,因此应引起我们的重视。本文主要介绍了慢性缺血所致的脑白质损伤的易损性因素、脑白质损伤的机制及缺血后脑白质的修复。
White matter Lesions are mostly results of the chronic cerebral ischemia, but cerebral white matter lesions can destroy neurons between the cortex and subeortical signal transmission , resulting in cognitive dysfunction and gait abnormalities. Ultimately lead to persistent or progressive cognitive and neurological dysfunction. It should arouse our attention. This paper describes the vulnerability of white matter lesions factors, the mechanisms of chronic cerebral ischemia-induced white matter lesions and after ischemia white matter recovery.
