摘要
将以压缩空气为动力源的喷射泵应用在一氧化氮吸收装置中,由工艺条件经计算确定了喷射泵的各部尺寸。喷射泵的吸入口形成0.048MPa的真空度,排出口增压至0.20MPa。喷射泵运行效果良好。
The application of compressed air driven injector in nitrogen oxide absorption unit is discussed and its design calculation is described in detail.The pressure at the inlet of the injector is evacuated to 0 045 MPa when nitrogen oxide from an atmospheric unit is introduced,whereupon the pressure is increased to 0 20 MPa.The nitrogen oxide is absorbed by water in an absorption column.After one year of operation,the injector remains in a stable state with virtually no change in various operating parameters and thus satisfying the requirements of both absorption and discharge of industrial units.
