摘要
将茂金属配合物Cp2ZrCl2负载在经甲基铝氧烷(MAO)处理后的蒙脱土(MT)上或直接负载在蒙脱土上制备了载体催化剂MT/MAO/Cp2ZrCl2和MT/Cp2ZrCl2,前者催化乙烯聚合在Al/Zr摩尔比降低至300时仍有较高的活性。所得到的聚乙烯(PE)相对分子质量及熔点均高于均相催化剂催化聚合所得的PE。通过溶脱试验可以证明茂金属配合物牢固地负载在蒙脱土的层间。
