摘要
标准件库在飞机工装数字化设计中起到重要作用,建立适合工装快速设计的标准件库是提高设计效率的关键问题之一。在比较目前现有建立标准件库的两种方法的基础上,针对标准件在工装中的定位问题,以标准件草图为核心,提出了基于快速设计的标准件库建立的方法;通过分析本地数据库与远程数据库特点,提出了标准件库数据库的方法;将基于快速设计的标准件库应用于橡皮囊成形模具快速设计系统,缩短了模具设计周期,提高了模具设计效率。
The standard - parts digital model library plays an important role in airplane tooling digital design. It is the key point of high efficiency design building a standard - parts library to adapt tooling rapid design. Two methods in use to build standard -parts library are analyzed. An optimized approach to build standard - part library to adapt rapid design is put forward based the position allocation of standard - parts in tooling and sketch of standard - parts. Basing on characteristics of local database and remote database, the plan to build standard -parts library is given. The standard - parts library built by us is applied in the system of rubber forming die rapid design. The result shows that design cycle and design efficiency are raised great.
