摘要
对RuTiSn、RuTiIrSnCo、IrTiTa和Pt/Ti电极在1mol/LH2SO4中的强化电解失效行为进行了研究.结果表明:IrTiTa阳极的强化电解寿命最高,Pt/Ti电极次之,RuTiSn电极最低.氧化物层的溶解消耗、剥落以及在活性层和基体间有钝化膜生成是氧化物阳极失效的几种主要原因,每种电极失效均是多种因素共同作用的结果,但不同的阳极有着不同的导致失活的主导因素.针对氧化物阳极的失效原因,提出了氧化物阳极性能改进的可能途径.
The electrolysis failure behaviours of RuTiSn , RuTiIrSnCo , IrTiTa and Pt/Ti anodes in 1 mol/L H 2SO 4 have been investigated. It was shown that IrTiTa anode had the longest electrolytic life , the next was Pt/Ti and RuTiSn was the shortest. The dissolution and peeling of oxide coating , as well as the formation of passivative film between the substrate and the oxide coating were the main reasons for their failure. The damage of each anode was caused by the conction of many factors , but each anode had its own critical factor leading to failure. According to the causes of failure , the possible methods to improve the performance of the metallic oxide anode are presented.
