摘要
深部开采与浅部开采存在较大的不同,其中一个显著的特点就是高地应力。以某高地应力金矿深部开采为工程背景,基于数值模拟软件FLAC3D,对比分析留矿采矿法与使用三种不同强度充填材料的充填采矿法,研究采场在高地应力条件下的地压显现规律。通过研究发现随着采矿深度的加大,充填采矿法中采场顶部和底部的应力集中区、两帮围岩拉应力区范围及最大值均小于留矿采矿法,同时,围岩中产生的塑性区较小,说明充填采矿法较好地控制深部采场地压显现。
There is a great difference between deep mining and shallow mining. High ground stress is a prominent character. Based on the numerical simulation software FLAC3D,the ground stress of deep mining for a gold mine as the engineering background, by comparative analysis of shrinkage stopping and filling mining method with three filling materials of different intensity, the pressure behavior laws of high ground stress stopping are revealed. With the increase of mining depth, the area and maximum of stress concentration zone and tension stress zone calculated by filling mining method are smaller than that of shrinkage stopping. Simultaneously, plastic zone calculated by filling mining method is also smaller than that of shrinkage stopping. That demonstrates the filling mining method can control pressure behavior of high ground stress better for deep mining.
