摘要
目的探讨尼龙绳套扎联合高频电凝电切治疗胃肠道息肉方法的临床价值。方法将尼龙绳圈通过操纵把手经内镜套扎于息肉根部并加高频电切除。结果该组19例共21枚胃肠道宽基或粗蒂息肉均能成功一次性套扎加高频电切除,术后1周复查示蓝色圈套完全脱落,成功率为100%。所有病例术中未见渗血、术后未见出血及穿孔等并发症。结论尼龙绳套扎联合高频电凝电切法对胃肠道息肉的治疗具有疗效好、安全性高等优点。
[ Objective ] To evaluate the clinical effects of ligation combinated with high-frequency electrocoagula- tion resection in gastroinstinal polyps therapy. [Methods] Polyps were electroablated using high frequency electro- coagulation after loop ligating by nylon rings through endoscopic manuipulation. [Results] 21 wide-basement or rough pedicle gastrointestinal polyps in 19 patients were successfully ablated using ligation eombinated with high- frequency eleetrocoagulation by single operation. Endoscopic examination one week after operation showed that blue rings were all completely Jell off and the operation success rate was 100%. Complication, such as hemorrhage and peIfforation was not found during operation and after operation. [ Conclusion ] Ligation combined with high-frequency eleetrocoagulation resection was an effective and safe method in gastroinstinal polyps therapy.
