摘要
提出了一种微网频率控制新策略。该策略由PID控制器构成频率的闭环控制回路,根据系统的功率缺额,调整PID控制算法,并分别采用粗调轮与细调轮低频减载(under-frequency load shedding,UFLS)、紧急启动轮UFLS等策略进行频率控制。紧急启动轮UFLS控制策略可以提高微网的系统稳定性和可靠性;粗调轮与细调轮UFLS控制策略可以适应不同的功率缺额,使控制的负荷量尽可能细化。仿真结果验证了方法的有效性。
A new control strategy is proposed, in which a closed-loop frequency control circuit is composed by PID controller and the PID algorithm should be adjusted according to the power shortage of power grid and the control strategies for under frequency load shedding (UFLS) such as rough-adjusting step, fine-adjusting step and emergence pick-up step are adopted respectively. The UFLS control strategy for emergence pick-up step can improve system stability and reliability of micro-grid; and the UFLS control strategies for rough-adjusting step, the fine-adjusting step can adapt to various power shortage and the load amount could be deliberately divided. Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective.
