摘要
基于N阱0.5μmDPTMCMOS工艺,完成了D类音频功放中电流控制振荡器的设计。首先分析了电流控制振荡器的工作原理,然后着重介绍了振荡器的设计。仿真结果表明,5V电源电压下振荡器的频率为250kHz,温度在-40~120℃,电源电压在3~5V范围内,频率随温度和电源电压的改变很小,仅为4%。该电路应用于某款D类音频功放芯片。
A simple CCO(Current Controlled Oscillator) in Class D audio power amplifiers based on the N well 05 μm DPTM CMOS technology is proposed. The operating principle of current controlled oscillator is analyzed, and the the design of oscillator is introdeced. Through functional and circuit simulations, a frequency 250 kHz oscillator is obtain at 5 V power supply voltage, oscillating frequency changes with the temperature and supply voltage changes in a small scale,only 4%. This circuit has been used for a Class D audio power amplifier chip.
