摘要
本文结合教改项目"自动化专业创新人才培养体系研究",从理论和实践两方面研究在自动化专业人才培养过程中,如何实施以探究为基础的教学模式和学习方法。经过多年的实践,逐渐形成以学生探究行为为主体、教师探究式教学思想为主导,学生创新人格、创新思维、创新能力培养为内在目标,以规模化、系统化、规范化的学生实践教育体系为依托的创新人才教育格局,完善和发展了人才培养的多元化模式。
Combined with the education reform project for the research of the cultivation system of creative people majoring in automation,the author researched on how to integrate the first class and the second class,implemented teaching mode and learning method focusing on inquiry learning.After years of practice,a creative education system has been constructed,which bases on students＇ inquiry leaning,aims at cultivating students＇ creative spirit and ability.The education system developed the multi-modality approach of training.This article describes the process.
