摘要
在非圆齿轮基本理论的基础上,提出利用3次B样条和双圆弧二次逼近法分段拟合非圆齿轮的节曲线及整个齿形轮廓,具有较高的计算精度,使所获得的齿形误差较小,并基于Visual C++编程语言和OpenGL图形交互技术开发了非圆齿轮的CAD/CAM系统。最后,系统根据自动计算所得的齿形数据,进行了线切割加工刀具轨迹模拟并生成加工代码,从而验证了理论的可行性,也为非圆齿轮的设计提供了一种可靠有效的研究方法,有其实际意义。
In the basic theory of Non-circular gear,sub-fit the curve and the tooth profile of Noncircular gear using the theory of cubic B-spline and the theoty of second approximation with double arc, with high accuracy,and small profile error. And develop the CAD/CAM system for non-circular gears ,using Visual C++ program and OpenGL-based graphics and interactive technology. Finally,the system carried out linear cutting tool path simulation and get the machine code in order to verify the feasibility of the theory,also provides a reliable and effective research methods for design of non-circular gear.
