摘要
本文讨论了不同的局部应力-应变计算方法,各种不同损伤参数以及不同的损伤累积模型,提出一种采用既能体现损伤累积的非线性效应、又简单易行的连续损伤累积模型估算疲劳寿命的方法,并进行了随机疲劳试验验证。
Local stress-strain approach has been widely used in predicting fatigue life, which improves the accuracy of life prediction greatly comparing with nominal stress method. But the disadvantage is that there are many different means in the several key links of local stress-strain approach, that will cause different error and leads to different predicting life. The present paper dissc-ussed different local stress-strain analysis method and different damage parameter, and put forward some proposals.As for fatigue life prediction, fatigue damage accmulation holds an important place. As we know, Miner's rule always produces great scatter when used for random loading. The present paper proposed a simple nonlinear continuous dam-age accumulation model and introduced itsapplication in random fatigue life prediction. Life prediction of notched mem ter under random loading is made ty means of the nonlinear continuous damage model. It is known by comparing with random fatigue test that the life prediction result is quite satisfactory. The relative error is not greater than 40%, while the corresponding error of Miner's rule is 201%. As to other more general conditions, the accuracy of the life prediction method is demanded to be testified.
