摘要
用从 10 0种随机引物中筛选出的 4种引物对自然群体中的泥鳅、大鳞副泥鳅进行了RAPD分析。结果表明 :4种引物 (S2 9、S96、S97、S99)分析所得泥鳅种群内遗传纯度分别为 0 .544 9、0 .4 94 6、0 .592 6、0 .642 0 ,大鳞副泥鳅遗传纯度分别为 0 .4 4 49、0 .4 30 4、0 .5159、0 .542 4 ;两者间遗传距离依次为 0 .5385、0 .5714、0 .50 2 4、0 .52 66;泥鳅特征带 1.0kb、0 .6kb、0 .9kb、0 .2kb ,大鳞副泥鳅特征带 0 .7kb、0 .52kb、0 .65kb、0 .5kb。
RAPD PCR analysis on the nature population of M. anguillicaudutus and P. debryanus was made by four random primers selected from 100 randem primers. The results showed. That genetic purity calculated by primer S 29 ,S 96 ,S 97 ,S 99 was 0.5449, 0.4941, 0.5926 and 0.6420 in M. anguillicaudatus ; 0.4449,0.4304,0.5159, and 0.5424 in P. dabryanus respecitively. Both fishes' genetic distances were 0.5385, 0.5714, 0.5024 and 0.5266 for each primer. The specific bands were 1.0kb, 0.6kb, 0.9kb, 0.2kb in M. anguillicaudatus , 0.7kb , 0.52kb, 0.65kb, 0.5kb, in P. dabryanus .\;
