摘要
利用产朊假丝酵母（Ｃａｎｄｉｄａｕｔｉｌｉｓ）２．２８１株研究了原生质体的制备。结果表明，该菌经复合剂０．１４ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１β－ＭＥＴ、０．０４ｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１ＥＤＴＡ予处理；蜗牛酶浓度为７０ｍｇ·（１０ｍＬ）－１；并于３０℃酶解１２０ｍｉｎ；
The results of studyon making Candida utilis 2.281 strain protoplast showed that the strain treated with 0.14 mol β-MET, 0.04 mol EDTA can be changed into protoplast well when the anounts of snailase is 70 mg·(10 ml) -1 , tenperature at 30℃, 120 min.
