摘要
以条中29号生理小种为供试菌株,对8份小麦条锈病抗源的抗病基因数量与遗传模式进行了研究。遗传分析结果显示:M8007、4185、92R137、92R089、6111、Fr84-2和15th12分别具有一对完全显性抗病基因:735—10的抗性受控于一对不完全显性抗病基因。
Eight wheat lines were studied to characterize gene number and mode of inheritance of resistance to Stripe Rust by using stripe rust race 29 of China. Genetic analysis showed that resistance in M8007,4185,92R137,92R089,611, Fr84-2 and 15thl2 was conferred by one dominant gene and resistance in 735-10 was governed by single partially dominant gene.
