摘要
本方法适用于测定土壤及水体中农药甲胺磷残留量。水样用乙酸乙酯萃取;土样先用水提取,然后再用乙酸乙酯萃取,且萃取液无需净化,浓缩后可直接用气相色谱氮磷检测器测定。经水、土标准添加试验,回收率为86.46-98.14%;标准偏差为2.92-7.46%,最低检测浓度水为10.0ppb、土为50.0ppb。
A residural analysis method for METHAMIDOPHOS is discriped that is applicable to soil and water. Water samples are extraced with ethyl acetate, ethyl acetate-methanol and ethyl acetate respectively) soil samples are first extracted with deioaized water, thea follow the same procedures as water samples. Extracts are quantitively analyzed on a SIGMA-2000 gas chromatograph equipped with NPD and with glass column packed with 2.5% replex 400 chromsorb Q 80/ 100. The fortified recoveries of METHAMIDOPHOS standard with different concentrations from soil and water ( from 86.46 to 98.14%), the standard derivation ( from 2.92 to 7.46%) and the minimum detectable quantity ( fromi10.0 to 50.0 ppb ) are all satisfactory.
