摘要
当前,国际社会对木材贸易中存在的非法采伐问题十分关注,对木材贸易的不可持续性存在着一定的担忧。作为世界木材进口大国和加工大国,中国受到国际社会的高度关注。从政策层面出发,首先从资源培育政策、贸易政策和跨国经营政策等方面分析了中国政府在木材贸易可持续发展方面的政策建设;紧接着分析了中国在推进木材贸易可持续发展方面的国际合作实践;最后,提出了相应的研究结论。
Currently,the international community pays increasing attention to illegal logging in timber trade and worries about the unsustainability of timber trade.As world＇s large timber import and processing country,China has been the concern of international community.With the concern on the policy level,this paper firstly analyzed policy construction for the sustainability of timber trade by Chinese government in terms of resource cultivation,foreign trade and multinational business support.Then international cooperation practices by Chinese government were analyzed in terms of promoting sustainable timber trade.Lastly the paper presented the research conclusions.
