摘要
结合三峡多级船闸人字门顶枢、底枢的设计，对影响人字门顶枢、底枢工作的主要因素进行了简要分析。提出了改善船闸人字门顶枢、底枢工作的若干措施：改进结构型式；改善润滑条件，减小蘑菇头的比压；合理选材，提高材质工艺；精心施工，加强管理。
The primary factors affecting the normal operation of top and bottom pintles of miter gates are briefly analysed in combination with the design of the top and bottom pintles of the multiple stage ship lock miter gate of the Three Gorges Project.Measures are also proposed to improve the performance of the top and bottom pintles of miter gates,including improving the structure type,bettering the lubricating system,reducing the specific pressure of fulcrum pin,adopling appropriate material,improving manufacture and installation workmanship,and enhancing operation management.
