摘要
21世纪以来,中国政府一直在同要求人民币升值的势力进行着博弈,但在市场、国际舆论以及外国政府的三重压力下,人民币汇率形成机制是否改变、如何改变、以及何时改变的问题,在2009年仍苦恼着中国。本文针对现行人民币汇率制度面临的问题,阐述了对人民币汇率制度改革取向的建议。
The 21st century,Chinese government had being fighted with the force that request RMB to increase in value, but under the pressure from market, international consensus and foreign governments, the question of whether to change RMB exchange rate forming system, how and when still bother China in 2009.This article against the problems faced by actual RMB exchange rate, expatiate the auther’s suggestions on RMB exchange rate system innovation.
