摘要
棉籽泡沫酸脱绒是一项复杂的农业工程技术,它不仅涉及到一些机械工程技术,而且涉及到棉种的生物学特性,理化特性及热力学特性。文章通过总结作者多年的生产实践经验及对有关文献的整理,对脱绒工艺所涉及到的一些棉种特性进行了初步探讨,提出了脱绒工艺参数确定的基本依据,为该项新技术的推广与应用,确保种籽素质奠定了基础。
Foamed-Acid delinting of cotton seeds is a rather complicated agricultural engineering technology. It is not only related to some mechanical engineering technology, but is also related to biological and physical characteristics of the cotton seeds. By means of summerizing many year's experience gained in practical production and a survey of related liteature, the authors conduced a preliminary study on some of the characteristcs of cotton seeds which affect the delinting process, there of drew up fundamental principles for the selection of delinting parameters. This paper, thus, furnished a basis for the dissemination and application of foamed-acid delinting technology.
