摘要
介绍南京轧钢总厂设计制造了一条在线冲孔连续成型生产高速公路护栏板生产线，将原单张多工序间断生产改为集开卷、矫平、冲孔、成型、剪切于一体的连续式生产，使产品外形尺寸、冲孔定位、定尺精度、产量和质量有很大提高，能耗明显降低。该机组还可兼容生产其他冷弯型钢产品。
The design changes the old production condition of single piece and many processes of imported unit into the continuous production which get uncoiling,straightening,punching,forming and shearing together.The product overall size,punching location,length precision,product quality and production capacity are all improved,and energy consumption is obviously decreased.Besides the protective boards,the production line can also produce other cold roll forming products.
