摘要
目的对老年糖尿病患者的糖尿病教育方式进行探讨。方法观察113例参加社区糖尿病病友协会糖尿病教育活动的2型糖尿病患者,对各种教育方式的效果进行评价。结果全部患者对以协会活动形式进行糖尿病教育的方式均感到满意,参加教育后糖代谢各项指标较教育前明显改善。结论应按老年糖尿病患者的心理及社会特征,选择灵活多样及连续不断的糖尿病教育方式。以医护为指导的"糖尿病病友协会"对老年糖尿病患者进行糖尿病教育的方式,具有高度的组织性及系统性,行之有效,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the diabetes education given to the elderly diabetic patients. Methods We observed the 113 type 2 diabetes patients participating in the community diabetes education activities of Diabetes Association, and evaluated the effect of diabetes education in Diabetes Association. Results All pa- tients were satisfied with the education in form of activities in diabetes association, and the indicators about glucose metabolism were greatly improved after the diabetes education. Conclusion According to the psychology and society features of the elderly diabetic patients,we should choose a flexible and continuous diabetes education. It is highly organized and systematic to give the diabetes education to the elderly diabetic patients with the guidance to health care for the Diabetes Association. This mode is effective and worth promoting.
