提高管线输水能力的论证

摘要 针对某水电厂管线提高输水能力的要求,根据水力学原理计算给出了管路的理论特性曲线和管路实际运行的特性曲线,并分析了这两条曲线产生差别的原因.给出了用200D43×7型泵代替200D43×6型泵以增大流量的改进方案,该方案可提高流量4.9%,增加耗电量7.6%.并且校核了提高流量后管路的强度. According to the need of increasing water supply capacity of a pipeline in a hydro power plant, the theoretical and the practical performance curves of the pipeline, on the basis of hydrodynamical principles, are presented, and the causes which result in the difference between them are analyzed. The improved scheme to increase flow rate by substituting pump model 200D43×7 for pump model 200D43×6 is also given. As a result, to the water supply capacity is added 4.9% and the consumed power 7.6%. Finally the safety of the pipeline is checked after increasing its capacity.
