树突状细胞疫苗在消化道肿瘤中的应用现状 被引量:1

摘要 免疫学治疗恶性肿瘤的研究越来越受到人们的重视,T细胞介导的免疫应答在机体抗肿瘤过程中起着主导作用。树突状细胞(DC)在体内外都能诱导特异性的细胞毒性T淋巴细胞(CTL)生成^[1]。目前DC疫苗在各类癌症方面的应用研究很深入且广泛。现就近年DC疫苗在消化道肿瘤治疗中的应用现状进行综述。
