摘要
目的了解家属参与糖尿病管理的现状及其对患者自我管理行为的影响。方法采用方便取样,调查81例家属的糖尿病相关知识、家属参与糖尿病管理行为和糖尿病患者的自我管理行为。结果 81例家属的糖尿病相关知识得分(19.63±7.65)分,家属参与糖尿病管理行为得分(21.43±8.66)分,患者自我管理行为得分(4.25±1.20)分,三者均处于中等偏低水平。偏相关分析发现,家属参与糖尿病管理行为与患者的自我管理行为呈正相关(r=0.41,P=0.008);家属的糖尿病相关知识得分与其参与行为呈正相关(r=0.68,P=0.001)。结论家属的参与有利于促进糖尿病患者自我管理行为的建立,今后应面向家属开展适宜的健康教育,以促进家属更积极、有效地参与糖尿病管理。
Objective To explore the status of participation activities of relatives of patients with diabetes mellitus and their effect on self - care activities of patients. Methods Eighty - one patients with type 2 diabetes were investigated with the Revised Scale of Diabetes Self - Care Activites, and their relatives were investigated with a self - designed questionnaire about diabetes related knowledge and activities about participating in diabetes management. Results The average scores of diabetes related knowledge of relatives （ 19.63 ± 7.65 ）, participation activities of relatives （21.43 ± 8.66 ）, and self - care activities of patients （4. 25 ± 1.20） were all in lower medium levels. The partial correlation analysis showed that participation activities of relatives were significantly correlated with their diabetes related knowledge（r=0.68,P=0. 001） and the self-care activities of patients（r =0.41 ,P=0.008）. Conclusion The participation activities of relatives can promote self - care activities of patients. It is necessary to enhance the targeted and appropriate health education among relatives of patients with diabetes,further to encourage them to participate in diabetes management actively and effectively.
