摘要
为解决普通带钢矫直机结构复杂、成本较高等问题，设计了一种结构简单、经济实用、投入快的带钢矫直机，采用圆锥齿轮传动下矫直辊式矫直机．对各种主要零部件进行了强度核核．该机在实际生产中得到了应用，运行效果良好．
In order to solve the problems of complicated structure and high cost for the ordinarystrap steel rectifier. a new type of rectifier is designed with the features being simple structure,economic for use and easy to put into production. a roller-type rectifer is ed. The intensitiesof various components and parts are checked.The machine has been put into real production,and good operation results have ben achieved.
