摘要
目的:建立同时测定金钱通淋颗粒中主要有效成分槲皮素、木犀草素及山奈酚的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法体系。方法:色谱条件:色谱柱KromasilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),柱温34℃,流动相V(甲醇):V(体积分数0.4%磷酸)=55:45,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长360nm,以外标法定量。结果:槲皮素、木犀草素和山奈酚分别在(0.25~25.00),(0.14~11.00)和(0.26~33.00)mg/L范围内线性关系良好。3者的平均回收率分别为99.6%、100.3%和99.8%,相应的RSD分别为0.99%、0.47%和0.67%。供试品溶液在24h内稳定。结论:该方法准确、灵敏,对进一步完善金钱通淋颗粒的内在质量控制标准具有重要的参考价值。
Aim:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determining quercetin,luteolin and kaeampferol synchronously of Jinqiantonglin granule.Methods:The sample was separated on a Kromasil C18 column at the temperature of 34 ℃.The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and 0.4% phosphoric acid water solution(55:45 in volume) with the flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength of 360 nm.Results:The calibration curves of three flavonoids were linear in the range of(0.25~25.00),(0.14~11.00) and(0.26~33.00) mg/L,respectively.Their average recoveries were 99.6%,100.3% and 99.8% with corresponding RSD of 0.97%,0.47% and 0.67%,respectively.The sample solution was stable within 24 hours.Conclusion:The method is accurate with high sensitivity and is of great value to control the quality of Jinqiantonglin granule.
