摘要
目的:了解河南省居民的营养与健康现状。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,于2002年对河南省14个抽样点的入选对象进行膳食调查、医学体检和实验室检查调查。结果:2002年河南省居民热能、蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物平均每标准人日摄入量分别为9134.5kJ、64.5g、68.2g和327.6g,粮谷类、蛋白质和脂肪供能比分别为59.1%、11.5%和29.1%%,优质蛋白质占30.2%(城乡分别为39.7%和26.4%)。婴幼儿生长迟缓和低体质量率分别为14.1%和8.2%。全省人群贫血患病率为18.4%,超重和肥胖患病率分别为24.0%和8.8%,总血脂异常患病率为17.9%。15岁及以上人群高血压患病率为29.9%,空腹血糖受损和糖尿病患病率分别为3.5%和5.5%。结论:河南省居民热能和营养素摄入基本得到满足,但存在一定程度膳食失衡。各种营养相关慢性病防治形势严峻,营养与健康状况存在城乡差异,在以后的改善和防治工作中应因地制宜。
Aim:To describe the status of nutrition and health related indexes in residents of Henan province so as to their improvement in the future.Methods:The survey was carried out in 14 sampling point sampled by a stratified multi-stage cluster sampling in 2002,including data gathered from questionnaires,interviews,physical examinations,measurement of biochemical indices,and dietary investigation.Results:The average intakes per reference man people per day of energy,protein,fat and carbohydrate were 9 134.5 kJ,64.5 g(the constituent ratio of good protein was 30.3%,urban/rural:39.7%/26.4%),68.2 g and 327.6 g,respectively,energize ratios of cereals,protein and fat were 59.1%,11.5% and 29.1%,respectively in residents of Henan province in 2002.The prevalence rates of stunting and underweight were 14.1% and 8.2% respectively in infants.The prevalence rates of anemia,overweight,obesity and dyslipidemia were 18.4%,24.0%,8.8% and 17.9% respectively in general population of all ages.The prevalence rates of hypertension,impaired fasting glucose,diabetes were 29.9%,3.5% and 5.5% respectively in residents aged 15 and over.Conclusion:Intakes of heat energy and nutrients are enough except some diet unbalance in residents of Henan province.The outlook of prevention and control for chronic non-communicable diseases is challengeable,integrated measures should be taken for its improvement because of the difference of nutrition and health status between urban and rural.
