摘要
目的估算铅冶炼厂所需卫生防护距离。方法通过测定铅冶炼厂铅的无组织排放量计算所需卫生防护距离,并使用人群流行病学调查结果进行修正。结果生产规模为10万吨/年的铅冶炼厂铅的平均无组织排放水平为0.087kg/h,其卫生防护距离理论计算值为796m。人群流行病学调查结果显示周围800m范围内人群受到特异性健康损害,头昏、头痛的发生率和睡眠障碍发生率明显升高,儿童血铅超标率达45.04%。结论生产规模为10万吨/年的铅冶炼厂的卫生防护距离应为900m。
Objective To estimate the minimum health safety zone for a lead smelting plant.Methods The minimum health safety zone was determined by fugitive lead discharge of the lead smelting plant and followed by evaluation of a population-based epidemiological investigation.Results The average fugitive lead discharge was 0.087 kg/h for a lead smelting plant with annual lead production of 100 000 tons.The calculated minimum health safety zone was 796 meters.The results of population-based epidemiological investigation demonstrated that the people lived within 800 meters of the plant had specific damages of lead poisoning,including more frequent occurrences of dizziness,headache,sleep disorders in general population as well as increased concentration of blood lead in children(45.04%).Conclusion The minimum health safety zone should be at least 900 meter for a lead smelting plant with annual lead production of 100 000 tons.
