摘要
到目前为止,棉籽饼中棉酚液相色谱分析中紫外检测波长均为254nm.本文通过实验证明当检测波长为238nm时,在同一实验条件下,不仅可以提高检测的灵敏度,而且最小检测量可降至5mg,并可测定棉籽饼中低至0.5μg/g的游离棉酚.
Up to now, Ultraviolet wavelength is 254nm when freegossypol in cottonseed cake is determined by HPLC. It has been verified in this paper that when the wavelength is 238nm, in the same conditions, not only sensitivity of determination is creased, but also the minimum quantity to be determined can be decreased to 5mg, and free gossypol in cottonseed cake can be detected even when its content is only 0. 5ug/g. So it can be concluded that 238nm is the optimum wavelength.
