摘要
处于围绝经期及绝经后的中老年女性易发生如尿道综合征、老年性阴道炎等阴部疾患,其疾病形成体现了"心移热于小肠"的理论,肾阴不足,心肾不交,心火炽盛并移热小肠,传热膀胱,挟肝经郁热、脾虚湿热扰动下焦,导致相火妄动,灼伤阴窍而发病。
