术中超声辅助下颅内海绵状血管瘤切除 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨超声在海绵状血管瘤(CH)手术中的应用价值。方法:颅内海绵状血管瘤患者在开颅后应用术中超声,进行病灶的定位,选择手术路径,并用超声判断病灶切除程度。结果:病变定位准确,所有海绵状血管瘤均被完整切除,未出现相关的神经系统并发症。结论:术中超声可以实时显示病变的部位与轮廓,帮助术中对颅内病变的定位,提高了颅内病变的全切率,减少了手术并发症的发生率,安全、经济,有广泛的应用前景。 Objective:To evaluate the ultrasound in the cavernous hemangioma(CH) value of surgery.Methods:Intracranial cavernous hemangioma after the application of craniotomy patients intraoperative ultrasound,the lesion position to choose the path of surgery,and ultrasound to determine the extent of lesion.Results:Accurate lesion location, all are complete resection of CH,does not appear related to the nervous system complications.Conclusion:Real-time intraoperative ultrasound can show the lesion site and the outline to help during the positioning of intracranial disease,intracranial disease increased the rate of total resection and reduce the incidence of surgical complications,security,economy and the prospects for a wide range of applications.
