摘要
本文从经济学、管理学——价值链与竞争优势理论两个视角阐述了实施ERP系统对企业竞争力提升的理论依据。然后从实现信息的高度集成与共享、降低成本和提高差异化三个方面对实施ERP提升企业竞争力的机制进行了详细分析。最后,基于竞争力提升的角度,对我国企业实施ERP提出策略性的建议。
This paper describes the mechanism of improving the competitiveness of enterprises by implementing ERP systems based on the perspectives of economics and management-value chain and competitive advantage. Then the writer describes the mechanism of enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises by implementing ERP in detail. Finally, the writer makes some strategic recommendations.
