摘要
本文研究了水田芥不同浓度乙醇提取液的总酚,总黄酮,Vc含量,以及羟自由基清除率,DPPH自由基清除率,对羟基致DNA氧化损伤的保护作用,从而对水田芥提取物的抗氧化活性进行评价,并对酪氨酸酶的抑制率进行研究。结果表明水田芥中各物质随提取液乙醇浓度变化而含量变化明显,总酚含量0.034—0.062mg/mL,黄酮0.265—0.407mg/mL,Vc含量0.0414~0.262mg/mL。抗氧化性方面,DPPH清除实验中20%乙醇提取液清除率最高,羟自由基实验中20%,40%乙醇提取液作用强。对DNA保护作用实验,20%,40%作用强。酪氨酸酶抑制实验中各浓度作用强度均较强,水提作用最弱。
In this paper, the content of the total phenolics, total flavonoids, Vc, as well as the tyrosinase inhibitory rate, the rate of removal of hydroxyl radical, DPPH free radical clearance, the DNA-induced oxidative injury in rats in the ethanol extract of watercress have been determinated to evaluate the anfioxidanfion of watercress extract. The results showed that the extract of watercress has a certain antioxidant effect. Results showed that the content of watercress varied with different concentrations of extract with total phenalics content, total flavonoids content, Vc content ranging from 0. 034- 0. 062,0. 265-0. 407,0. 04144). 262 mg/mL, respectively. Antioxidant respect, 1,1 -duphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH · ) tests, 20% ethanol extraction has the highest effect, the hydroxyl radical experiment, 20%, 40% concentration, play good roles, protective effects of DNA test,20% ,40% have stronger effect. Tyrosinase inhibition experiments, the intensity of concentration are in high level, water extract the weakest.
