摘要
为建立净肝脂胶囊中山楂总黄酮含量的测定方法，采用双波长系数倍率法测定波长和参比波长（500和400nm）。结果显示芦丁在15．04—75．20μg/mL范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9996），平均回收率为100．69％，RSD为1．67％（n=6）。本法简便快捷、定量准确，可作为净肝脂胶囊中总黄酮的含量测定方法。
Dual-wavelength K-ratior spectrophotometry was applied to establish the method for measuring the content of total flavonoid in fruetus Crataegi at wavelength 500 and 400 nm. The concentration of rutin has a good linearity in the range of 15.04-75.20 μg/mL, r = 0.9996. The average recovery rate was 100.69% （ RSD = 1.67 %, n = 6）. This meth- od was simple, quick, accurate and suitable for the determination of total flavonoid in Jingganzhi capsule.
