摘要
对不同溶剂提取的蜂胶挥发油中的成分进行比较分析。本试验利用溶剂索氏提取法对湖北蜂胶挥发油进行了提取,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析挥发油中的化学成分。结果表明蜂胶挥发油中共有64种挥发性化合物被检出,萜类物质和有机酸是蜂胶挥发油中的主要成分。石油醚所提取的蜂胶挥发油中的挥发性成分最多,其次为正己烷提取的挥发油,二氯甲烷提取所得挥发油检测出的成分种类最少。三种溶剂提取的蜂胶挥发油中有机酸存在较大差异,石油醚提取的挥发油中以长链饱和脂肪酸亚油酸及油酸为主;正己烷提取挥发油中以苯甲酸,3,4-二氢-2-萘甲酸,3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸等酚酸为主,二氯甲烷提取的蜂胶挥发油中含有高含量的3,4-二甲氧基肉桂酸和亚油酸。因此,三种溶剂提取所得挥发油的主要成分相似,但存在一定差异,石油醚适于蜂胶挥发油的提取。
To compared the chemical composition of propolis essential oil extracted with different solvents, essential oil was isolated by solvent extraction and analysised by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry(GC-MS). A total of 64 compounds were identified across all the samples. The major constituents of the oil were terpenes and organic acids. Ex- tracting solvents had a significant effect on the compound of the propolis oil. The total amounts of essential oil obtained from petroleum ether extraction, n-hexane, dichloromethane were seperately 59,39,30. The main organic acids were oleic acid and linoleic acid in the oil extracted with petroleum ether. The content of phenolic acid such as benzenecarboxylic acid,3,4-dihydro-2-naphthalenecarboxylic acid, 3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid were high in the oil extracted with n-hexane. And in the oil extracted with dichloromethane,3,4-dimethoxyciunamic acid and linoleicacid were the main organic acid. The main compostion of the propolis essential oil extracted with different solvents was similar. And petroleum ether was most suitable for extracting propolis essential oil.
