Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth

摘要 采用大孔树脂、硅胶、MCI及Sephadex LH-20色谱法对异叶青兰全草进行分离,应用光谱法对所得化合物进行了结构鉴定。从异叶青兰中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为乌苏甲酯(methylursolate,1)、熊果酸(ursolic acid,2)、3β-羟基-齐墩果烷-3—O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(3β-hydroxy—oleanane-3—O-β-D—glucopyranoside,3)、木樨草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖甙(1uteolin-7-O-β-D-glueopyranoside,4)、木樨草素(luteolin,5)。五个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 In this paper the chemical constituents of Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth. were studied, They were isolated by using polystyrene resin, silica gel, MCI and Sephadex LH-20colunm chromatography, and the structures were elu-cidated on the basis of physic-chemical properties and spectra data. Five compounds were identified as methyl ursolate ( 1 ), ursolic acid ( 2 ), 3β-hydroxy-oleanane-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 3 ), luteolin-7 -O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 4 ), luteolin(5). Compounds 1-5 were obtained from Dracocephalum heterophyllum Benth. for the first time.
