主要探讨了在学习实践科学发展观的新形势下高校开展效能监察的重要性,阐明了高校效能监察的主要指向,并针对高校实际情况提出了有效开展效能监察的措施。
This article discusses the significance of carrying out efficiency supervision in universities under the scientific outlook on development,summarizes the principal aspects of efficiency supervision in universities,and brings a serial of measurements aimed at the realities of universities.
